Issues pertaining to the environment are very meaningful to me, as they should be to us all. Environmental sustainability and climate truly are the most important issues we face as a species on this planet today, and yet it seems as though they are typically the last things to be addressed by our leaders in government, business and local communities. We need to change this by having these kind of important conversations and doing all we can to raise awareness.

As Patiño and I discuss in the video: it is crucial that we all learn to use the power that we have, the power of our voice and the power of our dollar, to send a message to government and industry that the future of our planet hangs in the balance, and that real changes must be made immediately. I believe that bold action must be taken in the ways that we produce and consume energy - and from the discussion in this video it should be clear that the ways in which we produce and consume our food makes a big difference as well.

It is my intention to produce a lot more content in the future that deals with these sorts of issues, and I appreciate all of you taking the time to hear me out and give a listen.
