New Mood Music

I haven't really gone out of my way to showcase the fact that for the last two years I have been working on building up a catalogue of stock and production music. The purpose of this music is not to be marketed toward a listening audience, but rather to get the attention of music supervisors, film and video editors, content creators and the like who are searching for music to sync up with their projects.

As of right now most of my music of this nature can be heard on a website called Pond5. If you've not heard of Pond5, this is a site where you can license just about any kind of video clip, photo, audio sample or music track you might need for whatever reason for a relatively affordable cost and royalty free.

Ultimately I am more interested in getting involved with music libraries so I can potentially earn some royalty payments for my music, but I've gained a lot of experience and knowledge these past couple of years dealing primarily with the royalty-free sites.

If anyone is interested I just created a promo video for one of my pieces and uploaded it to YouTube. I think I am going to start doing a lot more of these kinds of promo videos and demo reels to help further connect my music with the people who need it.
